Tracon has broadened its expertise into the hospitality sector, which started with the rehabilitation of the early 20th century Grand Hotel Rex in the Black Sea resort of Mamaia. Tracon's work in this market has further involved the modernisation and development of the Diana Hotel in Saturn-Mangalia, a turnkey project.

The company’s flagship project is Marina Regia Residence, a luxury resort located on the Black Sea coast in Mamaia Nord-Navodari.

The project involved large-scale drainage of the site, and the building of two hotels and 46 holiday villas. The project enabled Tracon to make the most of its experience in delivering an integral building solution. Of particular note are the spa design and the interior design of the hotels and villas, which used solid wood floorboards and joinery manufactured to specifications by Tracon Intorsura Buzaului.

Marina Regia Residence is owned and operated by Tracon.
